The Primo is our flagship panel radiator, boasting 3rd generation technology, which helps make it the most efficient panel radiator on the market today. With its distinct 25mm waterway pitch and convector fin design, the Primo offers the greatest outputs per square metre and per kilogram of steel. A modern version of a classic radiator which is extremely durable and versatile, available with a standard four-tap connection to be installed in any space.

If that wasn’t enough, the Primo also has the best dynamic system response with the lowest water content per watt. We also have a low carbon footprint due to sourcing our steel from just 37 miles away from our manufacturing facility in South Wales.

Available in four types to meet your output requirements, the Primo is a cost-effective solution which provides heat quickly to even the largest commercial spaces. Choose from five heights with lengths ranging from 300mm to 2,000mm. Thanks to Merriott’s 3rd generation technology, you can opt for a smaller radiator without compromising on heat output. This makes for lower capital cost expenditure and lower running costs in the future.

Primo has been verified by the Energy Saving Trust

Warranty

Merriott products are guaranteed for a period of 10 years from date of purchase in respect of defective materials and workmanship. The system should be designed in accordance with British Standard Code of Practice for Water Based Heating Systems in Buildings BS EN 12828:2012+A1:2014 and BS EN 12831: 2003. The installation and commissioning of the system should comply with BS EN 14336:2004. On completion of the installation, the system should be properly flushed and filled in accordance with the British Code of Practice for the Treatment of Water in Domestic Hot Water Central Heating Systems BS 7593:2006, Part L of Building Regulations and Good Practice Guidance for Scotland. Merriott strongly recommends the use of corrosion inhibitor for all applications. Failure to observe these standards may invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty.
